We are now looking for a Customer Service Administrator (German Speaking) with outstanding customer service skills to join our team on a part-time basis, working 4.5 hours per day.

The Role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will predominantly be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the General Manager and Financial Controller.
Performing a variety of administrative tasks, including order processing and invoicing, you will work closely with the Associate Merchandiser with German bespoke orders.
You will also provide a high level of customer service whilst answering telephones and handling general enquiries. Being the first point of contact, you will respond to customers, auditors and authorities in a professional and efficient manner, dealing with all queries in an efficient and timely manner.
Additionally, you will:
- Liaise with German warehouse, auditors and authorities
- Translate to/from German
- Advise customers on stock availability and resolve any issues
- Ensure all sales leads are dealt with immediately and correctly
- Update and maintain customer records accurately
- Process with customer returns
About You
To join us as a Customer Service Administrator, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar admin role
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to communicate fluently in both English and German
